200 gr tereyag,1 cay bardagi fistik,1 buyuk su bardagi un kisik ateste agir agir kavrulur, once yagi ceker kivam aldiginda yagi disari birakir kasigin uzerinde durmadigi zaman olmus demektir ben boyle ayarliyorum,3 kasik krema ilave ettim.Ayri bir kabin icine 1 bardak seker,1 bardak su ,1 bardak tahin karisir kavrulmus olan unun uzerine karistirarak ilave edilir.Servis tabagina alinir uzeri catal ile suslenir.
